Since 1985 our founder has been aggressively rescuing equines form abusive, neglect and the slaughter from around the US. determined to rehabilitate along with a mental well being program, helping find these unfortunate equines there loving adopters, LCHR was born.

Our 501 c3 strives to give sanctuary to equines, all breeds, and ages that are headed to slaughter, mistreated, abused, injured, neglected. We provide a safe haven, excellent care, rehabilitation and training. Equines stay as long as needed to heal their mental and physical wounds.
